The truth be told, we have resisted putting Red Velvet Cake on our menu. But y'all love it, and since I'm marrying a Southerner, what have we been waiting for???
We've been making it for about a year now and the reviews are rave. Accolades such as "best I've ever had" and "can't wait to have more" have filtered back to us. So I guess we've gotten it right at least.
Cream cheese is the filling of choice for this cake, but you are welcome to specify something different if you so desire.
